INGREDIENTS
3 zucchini
5 tomatoes
5 mushrooms
1 TBSP olive oil
1/2 cup of water
1/8 tsp salt & pepper mix 

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Heat 1TBSP of oil in a saucepan. Slice and add mushrooms. 
Cook for 5 minutes or until tender. 


STEP 2: Chop tomatoes and place in blender, add a dash of salt 
and pepper. Add water if to thick. Pour tomato blend into 
saucepan and mix with the mushrooms.


STEP 3: Place zucchini in a bowl, heat in separate saucepan for five 
minutes. Add the marinara sauce on top.
