5 beets
1 onion

6 carrots
1 TBSP olive oil
1/8 tsp salt & pepper mix 

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


STEP 2: Chop and peel all vegetables.


STEP 3: Place all vegetables on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix with 1 TBSP of olive oil and add salt & pepper mix to taste and bake for 45 minutes.
